To Travel During the Thanksgiving Holiday; Customers With Flexible Holiday Travel Plans Can Take Advantage of Fares as Low as $39 One Way

DULLES, Va., Oct. 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Everyone knows that the day before Thanksgiving and the Sunday after are two of the busiest travel days of the year. But if your plans are still flexible, and you can fly on other days during the Thanksgiving holiday period, low-fare airline Independence Air (NASDAQ:FLYi) is excited to announce a special fare sale that will give you one more thing to be thankful for.

One-way fares purchased by midnight Wednesday, October 26th for flights to/from Washington Dulles International Airport between November 17th and November 30th (except for Wednesday 11/23 and Sunday 11/27) are on sale for as low as $39 one way.

Flights to/from other Independence Air destinations that connect through Washington Dulles during the same period are available for as low as $69 one way. Full fare sale rules and restrictions are described below.

Independence Air fare sale fare rules: Sale fares are one-way, limited, and may not be available on all flights. Heavy demand for these fares could cause certain days and flights to be sold out prior to the end of the promotion. Travel must be booked by midnight EDT 10/26/05 and is valid for travel between 11/17/05 and 11/30/05 except sale fares are not available for travel on 11/23/05 and 11/27/05. All fares are non-refundable but reservations may be changed prior to departure for a $35 fee (only $25 if change is made at FLYi.com) plus any applicable difference in fare. One-way fares do not include segment fees of up to $6.40, the September 11th Security Fee of up to $5.00 and Passenger Facility Charges of up to $9.00. Bookings made through 1-800-FLY-FLYi are $5 higher per passenger. Fares are subject to change without notice.
