Owens, the resort's intimate fine dining restaurant offers a truly unique menu for Valentine's Day, from the indulgent Tian of Crab and Smoked Trout with Sevruga Caviar, or traditional slow roasted Fillet of Scotch Beef, to the delectable Hot Chocolate Fondant with Tonka bean ice cream.

The lively, informal Olive Tree restaurant overlooking the golf course, will feature magnificent ice carvings and a sumptuous gourmet buffet for Valentine's Day, complete with fresh oysters on ice and a decadent chocolate fountain.
