Lufthansa Celebrates 40 Years of Boston Service with Special $421 Anniversary Fare

Lufthansa and local Massport officials gathered at Logan International Airport this afternoon to celebrate the anniversary with departing passengers, who received stainless-steel anniversary luggage tags and a water gun salute from the Logan Fire Department.

Fares are shown in U.S. dollars for Economy Class travel on Lufthansa or United Airlines. Saturday night stay required and maximum stay is 14 days. Tickets may be purchased between April 4 and April 10, 2005. Outbound travel must take place between April 4 and April 30, 2005, with the latest return on May 15, 2005. Fares are round-trip based on midweek travel; weekend surcharges apply. Fares are subject to change without notice and are based on the most direct routing to each destination.
