Magical Holiday Festivities at Chicago Children's Museum Annual Gingerbread Fantasy Factory Exhibit Dec 9 - Jan 8
Bake, Skate and Decorate
CHICAGO, Dec. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Come experience the magic of the holiday season at Chicago Children's Museum's (CCM) annual holiday exhibit Gingerbread Fantasy Factory, Dec 9, 2005 - Jan 8, 2006.
Chicago Children's Museum invites children and families to experience the enchantment of building their very own life-sized gingerbread house, designing imaginary cookie creations, and acting out their own version of the Gingerbread Man story to festive holiday tunes.
The Gingerbread Fantasy Factory is a CCM tradition, a fun-filled interactive holiday exhibit for children and their families to enjoy together. The exhibit offers a wide variety of hands-on activities which includes decorating wooden gingerbread men, "baking" them and then placing the finished cookies on a conveyor belt which kids crank to move the cookies up into the giant cookie jar. The exhibit also includes a kid-sized holiday kitchen where kids can mix up their own holiday creations, and an indoor skating rink where socks make you move to the music as if you were gliding on real ice.
"Fisher(R) Nuts and John B. Sanfilippo & Son, Inc. are proud to sponsor such a fun filled family-oriented event during the holiday season," said Julie Nargang, Director of Corporate Marketing. "We are pleased to partner with Chicago Children's Museum in their ongoing effort to connect play and learning through interactive and engaging exhibits and programs."
