Marriott Rewards(R) and Air France/KLM to Offer Airline Miles for Hotel Stays

WASHINGTON, July 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Marriott Rewards announced a new partnership today allowing Marriott Rewards members to earn Air France/KLM Flying Blue miles when they stay at over 2,500 Marriott International, Inc. (NYSE:MAR) hotels in 64 countries. Marriott Rewards members now have 26 airline options.

Effective immediately, Marriott Rewards members who designate Air France/KLM as their airline loyalty program of choice will receive:

Three (3) miles per U.S. dollar spent at:

* Marriott Hotels & Resorts
* JW Marriott Hotels & Resorts
* Renaissance Hotels & Resorts
* Marriott Vacation Club International

Or one (1) mile per U.S. dollar spent (room rate only) at:

* Courtyard by Marriott
* Fairfield Inn by Marriott
* SpringHill Suites by Marriott
* Residence Inn by Marriott
* TownePlace Suites by Marriott

In addition, Marriott Rewards members can convert their Marriott Rewards points into Flying Blue miles at the following exchange rates:

10,000 Marriott Rewards Points = 1,500 miles
20,000 Marriott Rewards Points = 3,500 miles
30,000 Marriott Rewards Points = 7,000 miles
70,000 Marriott Rewards Points = 17,000 miles
125,000 Marriott Rewards Points = 35,000 miles
