Statement From The Council on Quality and Leadership (CQL) Regarding the Tragic Events of December 7, 2005 at Miami International Airport

TOWSON, Md., Dec. 9 /PRNewswire/ — The Council on Quality and Leadership (CQL) wishes to express our collective remorse and support for Anne Buechner. Anne’s husband, Rigoberto Alpizar, was the person who lost his life Wednesday in the shooting incident at Miami International Airport.

Anne has worked as a Quality Enhancement Specialist with CQL since 1999. We are proud to call her a colleague and a friend.
