Midwest Airlines Announces Resumption of Seasonal Ft. Myers Service and Additional Flights to Tampa and Ft. Lauderdale
MILWAUKEE, June 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Midwest Airlines today released schedules for its seasonal service between Milwaukee and Ft. Myers, Fla., along with additional flights on its existing Milwaukee-Tampa and Milwaukee-Ft. Lauderdale service during peak travel periods on the popular Florida routes.
Milwaukee's hometown airline will offer one daily roundtrip between Milwaukee and Ft. Myers from October 1, 2005 through April 30, 2006, with added frequency on the route from December 15 through April 30.
The airline will also add frequency to its Milwaukee-Tampa and Milwaukee- Ft. Lauderdale service during peak travel periods. The additional Tampa service will run October 1, 2005 through April 30, 2006, while additional Ft. Lauderdale service will be offered December 15 through April 30.
Flights between Milwaukee and Florida are operated as Midwest Airlines Saver Service, which features nonstop service and low fares to leisure destinations. Seating is arranged in a two-by-three configuration with generous legroom for extra passenger comfort. Onboard service includes complimentary soft drinks, packaged snacks and baked-onboard chocolate chip cookies, with the airline's new buy-onboard Best Care Cuisine available for purchase. DigEplayer portable inflight entertainment systems are offered for rent.
