MILWAUKEE, Jan. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Midwest Airlines said today it will add service on its Milwaukee-Orlando route to meet customer demand during the peak Spring travel period. Milwaukee's hometown airline will offer one additional roundtrip every Saturday from March 4 through April 29, 2006. With the added service, Midwest will offer 22 nonstop roundtrip flights each week on the popular route -- more than any other airline serving the market.

The added flights, as well as one other daily flight, are operated as Midwest Airlines Signature Service featuring seating altered from standard coach to a roomier two-by-two configuration. Other Milwaukee-Orlando service is operated as Midwest Airlines Saver Service, with seating arranged in a two- by-three configuration with generous legroom for extra passenger comfort. Onboard service on both Signature and Saver Service includes complimentary soft drinks, packaged snacks and baked-onboard chocolate chip cookies, with the airline's new buy-onboard Best Care Cuisine offered for purchase.

Passengers can now book and purchase tickets for the added service. Midwest Miles award travel to this destination can also be booked online.

Midwest Airlines features jet service throughout the United States, including Milwaukee's most daily nonstop flights and best schedule to major destinations. Skyway Airlines, Inc. -- its wholly owned subsidiary -- operates as Midwest Connect, which offers connections to Midwest Airlines as well as point-to-point service between select markets on regional jet and turboprop aircraft. Together, the airlines offer service to 47 cities, including San Diego -- the airline's newest destination. More information is available at http://www.midwestairlines.com/ .
