The Southern Comfort Cocktail Tour is a walking tour of the French Quarter, exploring the famous "spirits" of New Orleans by visiting famous bars and restaurants such as Galatoire's, Antoine's, the Napoleon House and the Carousel Bar. One of those famous "spirits" is Southern Comfort, which was created in 1874 by M.W. Heron at McCauley's Tavern in the French Quarter.
