FORT WORTH, Texas, Oct. 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- From now through Feb. 15, 2006, American Airlines AAdvantage(R) members can earn thousands of AAdvantage bonus miles when they travel to or from any American Airlines destination in California, Oregon or Washington. The bonus miles are cumulative for up to eight qualifying round-trips. Members can earn up to a total of 36,000 bonus miles! These miles can be redeemed for travel on American or more than 20 AAdvantage participating airlines to their choice of more than 850 cities all over the world.

Book and fly up to eight eligible round trips to or from California, Oregon or Washington on flights marketed and operated by American Airlines, American Eagle or the AmericanConnection(R) airlines from 10/20/05 to 2/15/06 and earn a maximum of 36,000 bonus miles. Travel on flights operated by other airlines such as American-marketed codeshare and oneworld(SM) Alliance flights does not qualify for this offer. Offer is restricted to residents of the U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. This promotion may be combined with other offers.

Qualifying Booking Classes: Offer is valid for travel on any purchased, published fare in First, Business or Economy Class (excludes fares beginning with E, T, U, Z and all other fares defined as ineligible for standard AAdvantage mileage accrual). Not valid on military/government fares.
Qualifying Round Trips: Passenger must fly a round trip to any worldwide destination served by American, American Eagle or the AmericanConnection(R) airlines. To qualify, the trip must have one of the following airports as either the origin or destination point: Fresno (FAT), Los Angeles (LAX), Monterey (MRY), San Diego (SAN), San Luis Obispo (SBP), Santa Barbara (SBA), San Francisco (SFO), San Jose (SJC), Orange County (SNA), Burbank (BUR), Long Beach (LGB), Oakland (OAK), Ontario (ONT), Portland (PDX), Palm Springs (PSP), Seattle (SEA), Sacramento (SMF). Round-trip travel is defined as two one-way trips on nonstop flights between the designated cities, booked in a single reservation under one ticket number. To qualify, the round trip must depart from and return to the same city or co-terminal. A maximum of one round trip is permitted per reservation. Open-jaw and circle trips do not qualify.
Maximum Bonus Miles: The maximum bonus miles that may be earned in conjunction with this promotion is 36,000 miles for completing eight eligible round trips. Bonus miles will be posted to the account of the person traveling within 6 to 8 weeks after qualifying flight activity is posted to the traveler's AAdvantage account.
Other Restrictions: A portion of travel may be on American Eagle or the AmericanConnection(R) carriers, regional airline associates of American Airlines. AmericanConnection service is operated by one of the following independent contractors: Trans States Airlines, Inc., Chautauqua Airlines, Inc. or RegionAir, Inc.
