Waterside Shops Welcomes New Restaurants in 2006

NAPLES, FL — (MARKET WIRE) — 12/08/2005 — The Forbes Company announces new dining options coming to Waterside Shops at Pelican Bay. BrickTop’s, Brio Tuscan Grille, and Starbucks will join Waterside Shops’ new line-up of luxury stores.

BrickTop’s features a warm, casual and friendly atmosphere. The menu features classic American cuisine such as steaks, grilled fish, hamburgers and entrée salads. A wood fired rotisserie will cook chickens, pork chops and lamb. All desserts and salad dressing will be made in-house and all grilled entrées will be cooked over an oak fire. An outdoor patio adjacent to the bar will also offer al fresco dining.

The award-winning Brio Tuscan Grille is known for its high-quality steaks, house-made pasta specialties and flatbreads prepared in an authentic Italian wood-burning oven. Brio serves generous portions of meats, pastas and roasted fish on large oval, hand-painted Italian plates, providing an exciting lunch or dinner experience that will be new to Naples.

Starbucks adds the Waterside Shops as another convenient location for the popular retailer’s roaster and brand of specialty coffee.

Luxury brands such as Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Cartier, Gucci, Tiffany & Co., and Burberry will be opening new stores at Waterside, adding to the list of 22 new retailers coming to Naples including Nordstrom, Anthropologie, Brooks Brothers, Coach, Anne Fontaine, Tumi, Lacoste, Tourneau, Sigrid Olsen, Cole Haan, Swarovski, Vilebrequin, M.A.C, and BCBG.

Additionally, several existing stores are expanding, remodeling, or relocating. Williams-Sonoma, Pottery Barn, Ann Taylor, Cache, Lillie Rubin, Talbots, Crabtree & Evelyn, GAP, Chico’s, The Beach House of Naples, Chicago Eyewear, Casall of Sweden and Unisa are all getting updated looks to complement the center’s renovations.
