Omni Hotels to Acquire San Antonio’s Renowned La Mansion del Rio Hotel and Watermark Hotel & Spa

IRVING, Texas, Feb. 2 /PRNewswire/ — Omni Hotels continues its growth and expansion in the luxury hotel market with the purchase of two distinguished properties in San Antonio, the landmark La Mansion del Rio Hotel and the award-winning Watermark Hotel & Spa. The transaction is expected to close on March 16.
