Shortly after booking Ideal Escape reservations, guests receive a call from a concierge, who will work with them to customize their visit. The concierge can set up transportation, arrange tours and family activities, obtain concert or event tickets, make special dinner reservations or handle other arrangements to create each guest's ideal escape.
