Carmen Tao Rosal-Maynard Appointed to Spearhead New Guest Services Program
ESTERO ISLAND, Fla. – June 1, 2006 – Pink Shell Beach Resort & Spa, Ft Myers Beach’s premiere family destination for over 50 years, has introduced new, family-friendly concierge services that will help enhance guests’ experience.
Designed to meet the needs of busy parents and active kids, the service is available to all resort guests, ensuring an easy, stress-free resort vacation experience. The new service provides assistance in arranging a variety of activities, including water sports - sailing, dolphin adventure tours, Wave Runners, parasailing and kayaking - tennis, fishing and sunset cruises, as well as scheduling appointments at Aquagene, a state-of-the-art, full-service spa offering treatments and services for the entire family, including men, children and teens from 5-15 years of age.
The concierge service is available to make reservations at the resort’s KiddsKampp, an adult-supervised children and youth program with activities and themed events, and to arrange private appearances for families with the resort’s mascot, “Sparky the Cat”, who is available for breakfasts, birthday parties and other special occasions.
Pink Shell offers families extra-spacious, deluxe accommodations, including 1 and 2-bedroom with separate living quarters and efficiencies with kitchenettes.
The Pink Shell recently appointed Carmen Tao Rosal-Maynard as the resort’s new Guest Services Agent. Her responsibilities will include spearheading the new initiative and developing special itineraries for individual guest stays.
