The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman On Track for Late Fall Opening
Sales Brisk for Luxury Residences as Last Stage of Construction Shifts into High Gear
GRAND CAYMAN, Cayman Islands, May 31 /PRNewswire/ -- The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman is nearing completion and remains on track for a late fall opening, according to developer Michael "Mike" Ryan. Meanwhile, sales remain strong for the multi-million dollar private residences located on property which are anticipated to be the ultimate in luxurious living in the Caribbean.
"The development of The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman and The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman has been a remarkable team effort by some of the most outstanding and trusted names in the world," Ryan said. A labor force of some 900 will be hard at work in June finishing interiors and swimming pools, laying marble in luxury residences, and installing sculptures and landscaping, the development company reports. Greg Norman Golf Course Design, meanwhile, is in the final stages of constructing the resort's golf course. Greg Norman lends his name only to projects which offer an exceptional golf experience, and The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman project is one of the few that Norman's company is building as well as designing.
