Ski Apache is Now Open
Skiers and Snowboarders Can Stay at the All-New Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort & Casino in Southern New Mexico
MESCALERO, N.M., Dec. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Southern New Mexico's own winter resort, Ski Apache, is now open. This season, Ski Apache will focus on providing skiers and snowboarders the highest quality of snow conditions by continuing to make snow daily and allowing ample time for grooming the New Mexico slopes to perfection.
"Ski Apache is ready for another great season focused on providing the best snow possible. We're also thrilled the new Inn of the Mountain Gods is open so that skiers and snowboarders can have the full winter resort experience," said Ski Apache's new Director of Operations, Vincent Hubbard Jr.
December events include:
December -- Discounted lift tickets available until the resort is open for full operations
Full day -- $23 children, $34 adults
December 23 -- Holiday Costume Party -- all guests dressed as their favorite holiday character receives a FREE lift ticket

New this year is the Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort & Casino, just minutes away from Ski Apache, where skiers and snowboarders can stay after hitting the slopes. Vacation packages are available. Ski Apache also has a new terrain park, the Boneyard, which offers jumps, rails and boxes for those looking for an additional challenge.
Ski Apache offers on-site rentals, beginner and intermediate lessons and the Kiddie Korral, an all-day ski instruction including lift ticket and lunch for children ages 4-6. New this year is the Junior Ski Program designed to help youth build necessary skills for competitive skiing or just to have fun while learning to ski.
