The 15-minute workout is designed to decrease stress and fatigue and improve strength and flexibility — all while burning calories.

Song also recently announced an exclusive partnership with nightlife entrepreneur Rande Gerber to enhance its in-flight offerings, including a branded signature cocktail service, the latest addition to Song’s wide array of on-board offerings. The newly-branded signature beverage service will feature new cocktails created for Song by Gerber, in addition to Song’s current beverage offerings which include sodas, water, wine, beer, coffee and tea.
