First Full-Service Spa & Fitness Center Comes to Philadelphia's Historic District
Balance Spa & Fitness to Open in Spring 2006 at the Omni Hotel at Independence Park
PHILADELPHIA, Jan. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Balance Management Corporation is pleased to announce that it has signed a long-term lease to develop and operate a luxurious spa and fitness center for the Omni Hotel at Independence Park. Scheduled to open this spring, the 6,500-square-foot facility will be the latest addition to the growing chain of Balance Spa & Fitness Centers.

The innovative Balance concept creates an urban oasis within luxury hotels and residential communities by providing upscale wellness centers that combine full-service spa amenities with state-of-the-art fitness equipment and programming. Omni Hotel's Balance Spa & Fitness Center will include an indoor swimming pool, hot tub and sauna as well as televisions at each workout station. The fitness area will feature top-of-the-line cardiovascular and resistance exercise equipment as well as personal training services. The spa area will offer an array of massages, facials, manicures, and pedicures. The four-diamond hotel is located at 401 Chestnut Street one block from Independence Hall.
