Thomas, Townsend & Kent Offers New List of Travelers Planning Cruises to the United Kingdom
List Expands Upon Availability of Other Prospect Lists With Destination Interests
CHICAGO, IL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 05/09/2005 -- With luxury travelers opting to visit foreign soil on cruise ships rather than more traditional land tours, database marketing firm Thomas, Townsend & Kent (TTK) is now offering a list of travel prospects interested in booking cruise vacations that focus on destinations in the United Kingdom.
Chicago-based TTK compiled this list of potential U.K. cruise passengers via the company's many online survey mechanisms, which include http://www.lux-cruise.com. At this particular site, consumers complete a detail profile in which they identify the cruise destinations of interest. This self-reported data is then recorded in TTK's Affluent Americans Database for rental of both postal and e-mail addresses.
The number of prospective U.K. cruisers in this file is 145,809, and the list rental fee is $100/M, plus $15/M for more specific destination-related selects, such as England, Scotland and Ireland. Behavior selects, which include interest in cultural tours or shopping, are $15/M. Geo-demographic selects are available for an additional $10/M.
This list has been successfully used by many of the major cruise lines for both e-mail and direct mail efforts to promote specific sailings.
For more information on the rental of TTK's cruise enthusiasts list for the United Kingdom, as well as other cruise destinations, contact Kay Sheridan at (312) 650-7776 or kay@thomastownsendandkent.com.
