Thrifty Car Rental Opens On-Airport Location at Southwest Florida International Airport
TULSA, Okla., Sept. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Thrifty Car Rental, a subsidiary of Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group, Inc. (NYSE:DTG) , today announced it has opened a new location at Southwest Florida International Airport's (RSW) new consolidated car rental facility.
The opening coincided with the airport's opening of a new $438-million Midfield Terminal, capable of handling 10 million passengers annually.
The Thrifty counter is located on the ground floor of the parking garage located directly across from the new terminal's baggage claim area.
Twenty-five airlines serve Southwest Florida International Airport providing non-stop service between 34 U.S. airports and five international destinations (Toronto and Montreal, Canada; Dusseldorf, Frankfurt and Munich, Germany).
