US Airways Customers Benefit With a Bevy of Increased Service Between Boston and Buffalo

TEMPE, Ariz., March 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — US Airways (NYSE:LCC) announced today that beginning June 19, the airline will more than double its service between Boston’s Logan International Airport and Buffalo Niagara International Airport. Four additional flights will be added Monday through Friday, giving the airline seven daily roundtrip flights. Sunday’s schedule will also increase to five daily roundtrips with the addition of two roundtrip flights.

“Boston and Buffalo customers will greatly benefit from the additional daily and weekend flights. The increased flights offer an abundance of convenient times, permitting travelers to be flexible with their plans,” said Schedule Planning and Alliances Senior Vice President Andrew Nocella. “With forty flights per week to choose from, this new schedule will boost the options for both the business and leisure traveler.”

The amplified service will be operated by US Airways Express carrier Chautauqua Airlines using the 50-seat Embraer Regional Jet 145 (ERJ-145).
