Waterway Houseboats offers world's first 'on lake' Wireless Internet service!
SICAMOUS, BC, Jan. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Waterway Houseboats has signed an exclusive partnership deal with All Points Wireless to install high speed wireless internet transmitter towers, allowing full high speed internet access on significant portions of the Shuswap Lake. "It's an unprecedented move," says Waterway Houseboats General Manager, Neil Millar. "To the best of our knowledge, we're the only houseboat company in the world to offer on lake high speed wireless. Our entire fleet will be outfitted with plug n play internet access." The service will allow vacationers to access email and will help facilitate corporate clients looking to book the high end boats for corporate retreats. "People want to relax and have fun," says Millar, "But they also want to stay connected, it's the reality of the age we live in and Waterway has taken the steps to meet that demand. People can cruise on our first class boats and surf to their heart's content." Waterway Houseboats is one of the largest houseboat operators on the Shuswap Lake.
