But thanks to SuperClubs, Caribbean-bound travelers can focus on the important things — finding the perfect swim suit and basking in the anticipation of the getaway — while relying on SuperClubs’ tried-and-true Guaranteed Getaways.

Since 1996, SuperClubs’ Guaranteed Getaways policy has been giving guests peace of mind, especially during the active Atlantic hurricane seasons (June 1 – November 30) of the past few years. Valid year-’round at SuperClubs’ nine Grand Lido, Breezes and Hedonism resorts in Jamaica, Bahamas, Curacao, and Brazil, Guaranteed Getaways includes:

No Hurricane Guarantee: Should a hurricane happen to strike the resort, a voucher for a future stay will be issued for the same number of disrupted nights for use during the same month the following year, excluding airfare.

Jamaica Sunshine Guarantee: In the unlikely event that the sun should refuse to show its face on any day during a Jamaican SuperClubs holiday, guests will receive a voucher equal to that day’s value good for one year toward another SuperClubs vacation.

Satisfaction Guarantee: If a SuperClubs guest is not 100 percent satisfied with the holiday, he must notify the general manager of the nature of his displeasure (before the second night of his stay). The general manager will then take every measure to rectify the situation to the guest’s satisfaction. If this is not achieved, the guest will receive a credit voucher upon checkout for the value of the unused portion of the hotel stay, which may be used against a future visit to any SuperClubs property.
