About the World's Largest Cruise Night

The "World's Largest Cruise Night" is the centerpiece of October's National Cruise Vacation Month, a once-a-year promotional campaign that provides North America's consumers with everything they ever wanted to know about today's passenger-pleasing cruise vacations.

On October 19 hundreds of CLIA-member travel agencies will join together to host 'cruise nights' of all shapes and sizes, from cocktail parties, to salmon-bake dinners, to live television remotes from aboard feature-filled cruise vessels docked in local homeports!

Consumers who attend these events will find waves of information on the diverse and exciting vacation experiences available aboard cruise ships. CLIA cruise vacation experts and cruise-line representatives will be on hand to provide information-packed briefings and presentations. In many cases, cruise lines will provide special offers and value-added incentives to attendees who book voyages on Oct. 19.

To locate participating travel agencies, consumers should go to CLIA's online World's Largest Cruise Night Event Locator at http://www.cruising.org and enter their state's two-letter abbreviation for a complete listing.
