Luxury Yoga Retreats at Round Hill Offer Connection with Nature


Inward Bound Combines Body and Mind Fitness and Meditation in a Luxurious Environment

MONTEGO BAY, JAMAICA (09/06) – Travelers who seek a connection with nature and want the very best in accommodations can visit Round Hill Hotel & Villas in Montego Bay, Jamaica. Round Hill is offering a series of Yoga Retreats from Inward Bound, a yoga program which combines body and mind fitness and meditation at a Caribbean resort known for its natural splendor. The programs will take place at the hotel November 8-12, 2006 and January 24-28, 2007. Each Retreat is limited to 20 people and all classes are optional. It is suitable for all levels of fitness, including beginners.

The Inward Bound Program consists of Yoga, Pilates, and other disciplines; private airport transfers; accommodation in an oceanfront room in the Pineapple House; all meals; afternoon tea; non-motorized water sports; tennis; fitness center with instructor for exercise classes and gym-equipment; one massage, welcome gift; and a jogging and walking path. Inward Bound classes begin on Wednesday afternoon and end Sunday morning. The schedule varies with each retreat and the price starts at $1,800, double occupancy.

Inward Bound is the brainchild of Jane Fryer, a master teacher of yoga who works with the body’s natural energy systems to create a holistic approach to rejuvenation. This year, she has retained a group of distinguished teachers to work with her at Round Hill for a five day period at various times. Each of these teachers has a unique approach to the restoration of the body and spirit and will complement Jane’s skill with an exciting, diversified program.
