Delta Customers Traveling in the Northeast May Be Affected by Winter Storms

Customers may change travel plans without penalties or fees

ATLANTA, Feb. 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Delta Air Lines’ (NYSE:DAL) customers booked on flights to or from impacted cities in the Northeast may make adjustments to their travel schedule due to the impact of winter storms on Mon., Feb. 28, 2005.

Customers traveling to, from or through affected cities on Delta, Song(R), Delta Connection(R) or Delta-coded flights during the specified time period listed below may make changes to their flights without penalty or fees. Customers whose flights are cancelled may request refunds. All customers are encouraged to visit for the latest news on the Northeast winter storms in addition to their local airport’s web site prior to departure.

Customers who purchased a ticket, by Feb. 27, 2005, and are scheduled to travel Feb. 28, 2005, to, from or through the following cities on Delta, Delta Connection, Song, or Delta-coded flights, may make a one-time change without penalty or additional fees if tickets are changed by March 4, 2005, and begin travel on or before March 8, 2005. Changes to origins and destinations may result in a fare increase. Any fare difference between original ticket and the new ticket will be collected at the time of rebooking.
