United Airlines and Pleasant Holidays Announce Hawaiian Agreement

Relationship Combines Two Strong Brands to Better Serve Hawaii Travelers

CHICAGO, June 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — United Airlines (BULLETIN BOARD: UALAQ) and Pleasant Holidays, LLC, today announced a five-year relationship that will offer customers great value on Hawaiian vacation packages and increased service to the Islands.

It also supports United’s continued cost-saving efforts by using a low-cost booking channel.”

The guaranteed seat agreement will begin Jan. 16, 2006, and leverages United’s service to Hawaii from Los Angeles and San Francisco. United serves Lihue, Maui, Kona and Honolulu from both of its California hubs; Honolulu, Maui and Kona from Chicago; Honolulu and Kona from Denver; and Honolulu from both Osaka and Tokyo. Pleasant Holidays is currently the largest wholesaler to Hawaii and has selected United to replace ATA when its contract with that carrier expires early next year.

United offers more departures from the mainland United States to Hawaii than any other airline. This summer, United has added additional daily flights between Los Angeles-Honolulu, San Francisco-Honolulu and Los Angeles- Maui.
